1. Pull the elevator main power supply away to prevent the elevator from accidentally starting, but the car lighting must be retained.

2. Determine the location of the elevator car.

3. When the elevator stops within the range of ±60cm from a certain level, the maintenance personnel can use the special hall door mechanical key to open the hall door at the level, and pull open the car door by hand, and then assist the passengers to evacuate the car safely.

4, when the elevator does not stop in the above position, you must use mechanical methods to move the car after saving people.

The steps are as follows:

(1) The car door should be kept closed. If the car door has been opened, the passenger should be asked to manually close the car door. Use the elevator intercom phone to inform passengers that the car will move, and ask passengers to remain in the car, do not move.

(2) Install a turning device on the tail of the traction motor shaft.

(3) Two people hold the turning device to prevent the elevator from moving accidentally or too fast when the mechanical lock is released, and then another person uses a mechanical method to loosen and tighten the lock. When the lock is released, the other two people use force to twist the disc flat device so that the car moves in the correct direction.

(4) Move the car slowly and intermittently to the level of ±15cm in the correct direction.

(5) Make the lock return to normal, and then mechanically open the car outside the corresponding car door of the hall door, and assist passengers to exit the car.
